I really enjoyed reading your article! I am (finally) graduating this December, and have been experiencing anxiety related to my courses this semester in a more significant way than in the past. Your suggestion to find the source of anxiety, while seemingly obvious, helped me to reckon with my overall general anxiety about moving on to my next steps and planning my future.
