Today’s #HumanofHealthScience is:
Annalise Rosik, Sophomore, Nutrition and Food Science major and graphic design minor
“I became interested in health and wellness in high school because I started to see how the foods I ate throughout the day effected my body, energy, and mood. I chose nutrition because it is an extremely effective form of preventative medicine and a career field I believe combines my love for creativity with my passion for people and their health.
After graduating from CBU, I would love to work in some area of nutritional agriculture or even nutrition education through agriculture. I love seeing people make the connection between their food and the hands that slaved away to provide it. It gives value and a history to the food we take for granted everyday.”
