Challenge at CBU helps students take the next step in their spiritual journey. We have always wanted to meet people where they are, no matter where they are, and help them move forward spiritually. We want the steps of a person’s life to lead toward discipleship for the purpose of pointing people toward Christ. Everything we do is geared toward that end.
We want to challenge people to take the next step in their spiritual journeys. To help people take the next step we offer four growth opportunities that build on each other, starting with Tribe.
Tribe is the “front door” or “entry point” for our ministry. It is a group of 20-60 people meeting weekly to discover God together in missional communities.

Challenge Night is a weekly gathering of our tribes to celebrate what God is doing. It includes testimonies from different students, worship through music, and teachings to inspire people to follow Jesus.
Discipleship Groups are small self-formed groups of 3-6 people, usually formed through Tribes, that meet weekly for discipleship and accountability.
